What do you mean by 'Standard Pallet'?
A standard pallet is a pallet that does not exceed 48 inches in length AND 48 inches in width.

I have shipment that is picking up out of a container station, how do I set this shipment up?
All container station pick ups must be scheduled the day prior to pickup by 1:00 pm. Doing this will ensure a timely pickup.

Do I have to use your paperwork?
You do not have to use our paperwork for shipments but just check with the dispatcher to make sure that all the required information is put onto your bill of lading.
